  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Glim Organics will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
