- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened skincare products
- Used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Glim Organics will cover the return shipping cost.
- For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
